So that hippie episode of Star Trek the Original Series is generally derided by fandom at large, but this poster by Juan Ortiz? This poster manages to make “The Way to Eden” look way cool. (We were going to make some lame “we reach, brother” joke, but then we felt bad for inciting flashbacks to that dark chapter in Enterprise history.) It seems as though Ortiz’s art is hitting a nerve as well, because Quantum Mechanix is now going to be selling them in sets to the general public, starting now. His designs are beautiful, and we can’t wait to see what he comes up with for the rest of the Original Series run!
