The finalists for the 2013 World Fantasy Awards have been announced. This year’s judges are Holly Black, Tom Clegg, Marc Laidlaw, Stephen Laws, and Stephanie Smith. Winners will be announced at the 2013 World Fantasy Convention held in Brighton, England on November 3rd. Congratulations to all the nominees!
